Master
min 24 months on PSV vessel on the same rank
Salary : PSV 375 USD / plus OBP bonus 50
USD // Half Daily rate during Familiarization period

Chief Mate
min 24 months on the PSV vessel on tne same rank
Salary : 325 USD / plus OBP bonus 30
USD // Half Daily rate during Familiarization period

2nd Mate
min 12 months on DP Vessel
Salary : 200 USD / plus OBP bonus 25
USD // Half Daily rate during Familiarization period

Chief Engineer
min 24 months on PSV vessel on the same rank
Salary : 350 USD / MAX plus OBP bonus 40
USD // Half Daily rate during Familiarization period

2nd Engineer
1 yr on DP Vessels
Salary : 150 USD / plus OBP bonus 25
USD // Half Daily rate during Familiarization period

ETO
2 yr on DP Vessels
Salary : Negotiable

Rotation : 120 on / 90 Off
