Location: Worldwide (Geotechnical Survey / Research Operations)
We are now accepting applications for multiple marine and technical positions onboard a Geotechnical Survey / Research Vessel operating in international waters.
The project includes offshore geotechnical sampling, seabed investigation, environmental data collection, DP operations, navigation assistance, and vessel support functions.
Candidates must be capable of working in a dynamic offshore environment supporting scientific teams, survey operations, and vessel crew.
Assignments may involve operations such as DP station keeping, sampling deployment, ROV winch assistance, deck management, engine room monitoring, and general maritime duties aligned with the vessel’s research activities.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting geotechnical and research operations as required by rank
• Ensuring all deck, bridge, and engine tasks are carried out safely and efficiently
• Maintaining vessel equipment, tools, and operational readiness
• Following safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and emergency protocols
• Cooperating closely with survey teams, scientists, and marine crew

• Previous experience on Survey / Research / DP / Offshore vessels preferred
• DP certification required for 2nd Officer DPO
• All documents must be valid
