Job Description:
OSM Thome is currently recruiting experienced offshore personnel to join an FSIV (Fast Support Intervention Vessel) with Dynamic Positioning (DP). The company is looking for qualified marine and technical crew with previous offshore experience and relevant certificates.
The recruitment campaign covers several ranks, with joining dates scheduled between July and August 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform safe and efficient offshore vessel operations according to company procedures.
Carry out fitting, welding, rigging, maintenance, and repair activities as applicable to the position.
Support safe operation and maintenance of vessel machinery, equipment, and deck systems.
Perform navigation, DP, watchkeeping, and deck duties according to rank.
Comply with all offshore safety, environmental, and company requirements.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates and relevant professional qualifications.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Previous offshore experience.
Relevant certificates for the position applied for.
Fitter/Welder: proven welding experience.
Rigger/Welder: offshore experience and willingness to perform combined rigging/welding duties.
2nd Engineer: previous experience on FSIV (DP) or similar offshore vessel.
Chief Officer / DPO: previous FSIV experience and valid DPO certification.
Good English communication skills.
