Job Description
OSM Thome Oceania is currently accepting Expressions of Interest from experienced offshore professionals for upcoming Diving Support Vessel (DSV) assignments. The second crew swing is scheduled to commence in mid-October.
The company is seeking qualified personnel with previous DSV experience to support offshore marine, engineering, DP, lifting, and deck operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational performance, and compliance with Australian offshore regulations.
Please note: Applicants must have valid Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for these positions.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support safe offshore vessel operations
- Maintain navigational, engineering, and deck equipment
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and operational checks
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Australian offshore regulations
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore crew
- Maintain operational readiness throughout offshore campaigns
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous DSV (Diving Support Vessel) experience is mandatory
- Valid AMSA certifications relevant to the position applied for
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Valid Australian working rights are mandatory
- Visa sponsorship is not available
