The company is hiring crew members for a local dredging vessel, operating within the Philippines. Deployment is scheduled between November 2025 and January 2026. Candidates must have valid maritime documents and hold the appropriate licenses depending on the position. Work is carried out onboard a dredging vessel involved in coastal and port operations. Conditions follow standard local maritime contracts, with accommodation and meals provided onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Safe and effective operation within the assigned department (Deck or Engine)
 • Compliance with maritime regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
 • Proper maintenance and monitoring of equipment and vessel systems
 • Assisting in dredging operations and supporting overall vessel efficiency
 • Accurate reporting and coordination with senior officers

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Relevant license for position (MM, CM, OIC-NW, OIC-EW, C/E, etc.)
 • Minimum experience in vessel operations preferred (especially dredging or coastal operations)
