Job Description
GreenTec Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals to support several major UK dredging projects with immediate mobilization over the coming weeks.
Successful candidates will support dredging, marine construction, vessel operations, engineering, deck activities, and onboard catering while maintaining compliance with UK maritime regulations, company HSE procedures, and offshore operational standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced seafarers with previous dredging, workboat, or multicat vessel experience who are available to mobilize at short notice.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe dredging and marine construction operations
- Perform deck duties, mooring, and vessel maintenance
- Operate backhoe dredging equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and repair dredging machinery and hydraulic systems
- Prepare meals and maintain galley hygiene standards (Cook)
- Participate in emergency drills and toolbox talks
- Follow company HSE procedures and UK maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Relevant maritime certificates appropriate to the applied position
- Previous experience onboard Dredgers, Workboats, or Multicat vessels
- Previous dredging experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package (where applicable)
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Legal Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Available for immediate mobilization
- Good English communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and safety awareness
- Excellent teamwork and offshore operational skills
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
