Requirements:

• Proven experience on dredging vessels, especially TSHD or backhoe dredgers
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with offshore safety standards and regulations
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Valid STCW certificates, medical fitness, and all required documentation
