Requirements:
- Proven experience on dredging vessels, especially TSHD or backhoe dredgers
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with offshore safety standards and regulations
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Valid STCW certificates, medical fitness, and all required documentation
