Location: Northwest Europe / Offshore
Job Description:
Gulf Marine Services (GMS) is hiring experienced crew to join a DP2 Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge supporting offshore wind operations in Northwest Europe. The project involves renewable energy activities, including installation and maintenance works. Candidates with UK/EU offshore experience are highly preferred, especially those with valid right to work in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting offshore wind installation and maintenance operations
• Assisting with DP operations and vessel positioning
• Operating cranes and handling lifting activities
• Managing deck operations including mooring and logistics
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore safety procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous offshore wind or similar vessel experience preferred
• UK/EU offshore experience is highly preferred
• UK/EU nationals or candidates with right to work in the region are an advantage
