Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently hiring British Cable Lay Crew for an upcoming project. Due to location requirements and visa regulations, only candidates holding British nationality or valid UK work authorization will be considered. The project offers regular work starting in mid-April, with opportunities for long-term engagement. We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in cable lay operations, offshore construction, and marine installation projects. Candidates must hold valid offshore documentation and be ready to join on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Management and supervision of offshore construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met safely and efficiently
· Coordination of deck operations, including cable lay, trenching, and handling of subsea equipment
· Safe operation of deck machinery, cranes, and specialized cable lay equipment
· Rigging, lifting, and material handling in compliance with offshore safety protocols
· Compliance with all HSEQ requirements, risk assessments, and method statements

Requirements:
· British nationality (or valid UK work authorization) – due to project location and visa requirements
· Valid STCW certificates as per position
· Valid Offshore Medical Certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
· Valid MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training) certificate
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience in cable lay operations, offshore construction, or marine installation projects
