Location: Harbor / Offshore Tug Operations
We are currently recruiting experienced and competent crew members for Tug Operations, including Conventional Tug, ASD Tug, and AHTS Tug vessels. These vessels are involved in harbor assistance, towing operations, offshore support, and marine logistics.
We are seeking operationally strong, safety-focused maritime professionals ready to support safe and efficient tug operations in a dynamic marine environment.

• Master

• Conduct safe navigation and maneuvering of tug vessels
• Perform harbor towing, escort towing, and offshore towing operations
• Operate towing winches and deck machinery
• Maintain engine room systems and ensure operational readiness
• Support cargo handling, rigging, and deck maintenance
• Follow safety management system and HSE procedures
• Assist with harbor and offshore marine operations
• Proven experience in Harbor Tug Operations
• Experience with towing winch operations
• ASD Tug experience (required where applicable)
• Crane operation experience (advantage for ratings)
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) or Certificate of Proficiency (COP) as per rank
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• All documents must be valid and up to date
• Officers: 3 months ON / 3 months OFF
• Ratings: 6 months ON
