Job Description
Nimbus Marine Group is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join its ASD Tug fleet operating in Saudi Arabia.
The company is looking for experienced deck and engine officers, as well as ratings, with relevant ASD Tug or AHTS vessel experience. Candidates must meet the rank-specific sea-time requirements and hold valid maritime certificates.
Open Positions & Requirements
Deck Department
1. Master
- Minimum 24 months of sea service in rank.
- Previous experience on ASD Tug or AHTS vessels required.
2. Chief Officer
- Minimum 12 months of sea service in rank.
- Previous experience on ASD Tug or AHTS vessels required.
3. Skipper
- Experienced Bosun.
- Good ship manoeuvring skills required.
4. AB / Cook
- Relevant experience as an Able Seafarer (AB) and/or Cook.
- Valid certificates appropriate to the position.
Engine Department
5. Chief Engineer
- Minimum 24 months of sea service in rank.
- Previous experience on ASD Tug or AHTS vessels required.
- Good electrical knowledge is mandatory.
6. Second Engineer
- Minimum 12 months of sea service in rank.
- Good electrical knowledge is mandatory.
7. Third Engineer
- Minimum 12 months of sea service in rank.
- Good electrical knowledge is mandatory.
General Requirements
- Relevant maritime qualifications and experience for the applied position.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC), where applicable.
- Valid Seaman's Book and passport.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Previous ASD Tug or AHTS experience for positions where specified.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an offshore maritime crew.
- Good technical and operational knowledge relevant to the assigned rank.
