Job Description:
Spectrum Marine & Ship Management Inc. is recruiting qualified seafarers to join two new ASD Tug Boats for July deployment in China. The company is seeking experienced officers and engineers to support safe and efficient tug operations. Successful candidates will work as part of a professional crew, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform duties according to the assigned rank and STCW requirements.
Ensure the safe navigation, operation, and maintenance of the ASD Tug Boat.
Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Support daily vessel operations and emergency preparedness.
Work effectively within a multicultural crew while maintaining high operational standards.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Previous experience in the applied rank.
Experience on ASD Tug Boats or similar tug vessels is preferred.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
