PT Bumi Cemerlang Persada (BCP Crew Management) is currently recruiting one complete crew set for AHTS DP-2 and AHTS vessels.
The company is seeking qualified and experienced marine professionals for deck, engine, and offshore operations positions. Candidates should have relevant vessel experience, appropriate maritime qualifications, and the required DP-related competencies for their respective positions.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations in accordance with company procedures and international maritime regulations.
• Carrying out assigned deck, engine room, electrical, or catering duties according to the applied position.
• Supporting offshore operations and maintaining safe working practices onboard AHTS vessels.
• Maintaining vessel machinery, equipment, and operational systems in good working condition.
• Working effectively with other crew members to ensure safe and smooth vessel operations.

Requirements:
• Relevant maritime qualifications and professional experience.
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant endorsements.
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC), where applicable.
• Relevant DP qualifications and DPO certification for applicable positions.
• Previous AHTS / DP-2 vessel experience is preferred.
• Relevant sea-service records and supporting documents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
