Job Description
Aavishka Offshore Services is currently recruiting experienced maritime and offshore professionals for its fleet of Pollution Control Vessels, Crew Boats, and AHTS Vessels operating in Saudi Arabia, as well as an ADNOC offshore project in the UAE.
The company is seeking qualified officers, engineers, ratings, and offshore specialists to support offshore marine operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with international maritime and offshore regulations.
Aramco-approved candidates are highly preferred for Saudi Arabia projects.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and company procedures.
- Support safe offshore marine, construction, and support vessel operations.
- Operate and maintain navigational, engineering, electrical, mechanical, and lifting equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and planned maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures.
- Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the contract.
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore team.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied rank and vessel type.
- Aramco-approved candidates are preferred (Saudi Arabia positions).
- All certificates and documents must remain valid for at least 12 months.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions.
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Physically and medically fit for offshore work.
Additional Requirements
Able Seaman (AB)
- Valid STCW II/5 Certificate of Proficiency.
- Required offshore certifications:
Crane Operator
- Previous offshore crane operating experience.
- Valid Crane Operator certification.
- Ex-Aramco approval preferred.
H2S Technician
- Valid H2S certification.
- Previous offshore H2S monitoring experience preferred.
