Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced offshore personnel to join a fleet of PSV, Wind Installation Jack-Up, Offshore Construction Vessels, and a Tall Ship operating in the EU and USA regions.
Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe vessel operations, machinery maintenance, deck operations, and offshore construction or wind installation activities, in full compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.
These roles are suitable for professionals with offshore, PSV, construction, or wind industry experience and the ability to work effectively in demanding offshore environments.

- Chief Engineer for tall ship (temporary, joining 27.01.2026)
2nd Engineers for PSV (joining 8th and 14th of January)
2nd Engineer – Wind Installation Jack-Up (USA)
AB / Crane Operator – Offshore Construction Vessel
Fitter / Mechanic – Wind Installation Jack-Up (USA)
AB / Deckhand – Wind Installation Jack-Up (USA)
Crane Operator – Rem Inspector
Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency relevant to the applied position
- Valid STCW certificates as required by rank
- Valid seafarer’s medical certificate
- Previous experience on PSV, offshore construction, wind installation, or jack-up vessels (as applicable)
- Crane Operator positions require valid offshore crane certification
- Engineering roles require proven experience with marine machinery and systems
- Good knowledge of English language
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with offshore HSE standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a multinational offshore crew
- Eligibility to work in EU and/or USA waters (as applicable to position)
