Job Description:

A marine company is currently seeking multiple crew members to join small vessels and dredging operations. The roles involve vessel handling, maintenance, repair work, and support of dredging activities.

The company is looking for experienced personnel across deck, engine, and technical departments who can ensure safe operations and efficient vessel performance.

Candidates with prior experience on small boats and dredging vessels are highly preferred.

Available Positions & Salaries:

• Deck Officer (2 Crew) – 3600 to 4600 USD
  (Helmsman experience required, will act as Master)
• Engineer (2 Crew) – 3300 to 4200 USD
  (Chief Engineer experience on small boats & dredging vessels required)
• Deck Hand (5 Crew) – Able Seaman (AB)
• Welder (1 Crew)
• Junior Electrician (2 Crew)

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Navigating and operating small vessels safely
• Performing maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Supporting dredging and marine operations
• Assisting with deck work, mooring, and cargo handling
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Relevant experience for each position
• Deck Officer: GOC/GMDSS certification required
• Engineer: Experience as Chief Engineer on small vessels/dredgers
• Proficiency in English communication
