Job Description:
Helder Maritiem is continuously looking for experienced crew with dredging backgrounds to join our international projects. Positions are available across deck, engine, and catering departments, as well as for specialist dredging and construction roles. Candidates will be working on modern dredging vessels and equipment under safe and professional conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient execution of duties within the assigned department (Deck, Engine, Dredging, or Catering)
• Compliance with company and international safety standards
• Supporting dredging operations and related offshore activities
• Contributing to teamwork and smooth daily vessel operations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of [X] years experience in dredging or offshore projects (depending on position)

• Dredging & Specialist Roles: Pipe Operator, Backhoe Operator, Welder
