Available Positions (Full Crew Required):
1. Captain / Master
– Requirements: Master’s certificate of the appropriate category, experience in commanding tugs, skills in towing and maneuvering in port, knowledge of safety regulations.
2. Chief Mate / 1st Mate
– Requirements: CoC/Certificate as Chief Mate or OICNW, experience in navigation on tugs.
3. 2nd Mate / 3rd Mate (if required)
– Requirements: Relevant CoC/Certificate of Watchkeeping Officer.
4. Chief Engineer
– Requirements: CoC Chief Engineer or equivalent for vessels of this power, experience in maintenance of diesel engines on tugs, ability to organize the work of the engine room team.
5. 2nd Engineer / Assistant Engineer
– Requirements: Certificate as 2nd Engineer / Watchkeeping Engineer, experience in maintaining main engines/generators.
6. Electrical Engineer / ETO / Electrician
– Requirements: Marine electrical engineering certificate or relevant education, experience with shipboard electrical systems.
7. Bosun
– Requirements: Experience as a leading deckhand, skills in organizing deck work and supplies, safety certificates.
8. Able Seaman (AB)
– Requirements: STCW A-II/5 or equivalent, experience in deck operations and towing activities.
9. Ordinary Seaman (OS) / Deckhand
– Requirements: Basic training, readiness for heavy physical work.
10. Cook / Steward (if necessary)
▪️ Requirements: Experience working in a galley, skills in preparing meals for the crew.
11. Safety Officer
▪️ Requirements: Relevant certifications in safety management and emergency response.
12. Cargo Officer
▪️ Requirements: Experience in managing cargo operations, knowledge of loading/unloading procedures.
13. Deck Cadet / Trainee
▪️ Requirements: Willingness to learn and gain experience on board.
14. Engine Cadet / Trainee
▪️ Requirements: Willingness to learn and gain experience in the engine room.
General Requirements for All Candidates:
• Relevant experience in the specified position (desired duration — 1–3 years).
• Valid STCW certificates (Basic Safety, Fire Fighting, PSE, First Aid, etc.).
• Valid medical certificate / ENG1 (or equivalent).
• Seafarer’s Book and visa/passport (if required by the voyage).
• Police Clearance — if requested by the employer.
• Willingness to embark urgently at the port of departure (Batangas / Manila, etc.).
• Proficiency in English sufficient for working in an international team (preferably).

• Medical certificate (ENG1) and vaccination record (if necessary).
