Job Description

Polaris Maritime Consulting, an Italian maritime recruitment company, is currently recruiting qualified and experienced marine professionals for ASD Tug vessels operating with Saudi Aramco approval.

The company is seeking candidates for deck and engine department positions. Successful applicants will support harbour and terminal operations, escort duties, ship assistance, and standby operations while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational efficiency.

Candidates must hold valid or previously obtained Saudi Aramco approval and have relevant experience onboard ASD vessels.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

• Support harbour and terminal operations
• Perform escort and ship-assistance operations
• Carry out standby and offshore support duties
• Maintain deck machinery, propulsion systems, and onboard equipment
• Perform navigational, engineering, and maintenance duties according to rank
• Follow vessel operating procedures and Saudi Aramco safety requirements
• Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard

Requirements

• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the requested rank
• Relevant experience onboard ASD Tug vessels
• Valid or previous Saudi Aramco approval
• Good command of the English language; Marlin English Test preferred
• Valid medical certificate suitable for offshore work
• Professional attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a positive approach
• Availability for immediate or future joining
