Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge DP2 operating in Qatar. The candidate must hold a valid Electro-Technical Officer’s License and DP Maintenance Certificate.
The position is offered on a 60 days on / 60 days off rotation with a daily rate of USD 400. The joining date is ASAP.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 36 months of experience on DP2/DP3 vessels, with preferably 12 months of actual onboard experience on a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge in the rank of ETO.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintenance and operation of electrical and electronic systems onboard
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical, automation, and control equipment
• Supporting the safe and reliable operation of DP and vessel systems
• Carrying out planned and corrective maintenance in accordance with company procedures
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and electrical equipment onboard

Requirements:
• Valid Electro-Technical Officer’s License / CoC
• Valid CoC Endorsement
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid DP Maintenance Certificate
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 36 months of experience on DP2/DP3 vessels
• Preferably 12 months of actual onboard experience on a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge as ETO
• Valid passport and seaman’s book with documented sea service
• References from previous employers
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Proficiency in English communication
