Job Description:
We are looking for an Electro Technical Officer (ETO) for an OSV DP2 vessel operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Contract duration is 90 days, with joining ASAP.
Candidates must hold an Electro Technical Officer’s License, DP Maintenance Certificate, and a valid IMCA DP Logbook. A minimum of 24 months experience onboard OSV DP2 vessels in the rank of ETO is required. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems
• Maintenance of DP systems, automation, and control equipment
• Ensuring reliability of power generation and distribution systems
• Supporting DP maintenance and keeping DP documentation up to date
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in navigation, communication, and safety systems
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Electro Technical Officer’s License
• DP Maintenance Certificate
• IMCA DP Logbook
• Minimum 24 months experience as ETO on OSV DP2 vessels
• Marlins Test — minimum 70% in all sections
• Proficiency in English communication
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
