Salary: $130,000 – $185,000 USD + Equity
LockedIn AI is looking for a talented Data Scientist to help build the next generation of AI-powered career technology. You'll work with product, engineering, growth, and AI teams to transform large-scale user data into predictive models, recommendation systems, and actionable insights that improve the experience for 1M+ users worldwide.
What You'll Do
Build predictive ML models for churn, engagement, and user behavior
Design and analyze A/B tests and causal experiments
Develop recommendation systems and NLP-powered insights
Evaluate AI performance and improve product intelligence
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Data Science or Applied ML experience
Strong Python, SQL, statistics, and machine learning skills
Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and predictive modeling
Familiarity with ML deployment and production systems
Passion for solving real-world product problems with data
