Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a Chief Engineer for a PSV (Non-DP) vessel operating in KSA.
The contract duration is 90 ± 30 days, with a joining date ASAP.
The position requires extensive experience on PSV/AHTS vessels, with mandatory hands-on experience working with Cummins engines.
ARAMCO-approved candidates will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overall responsibility for operation and maintenance of engine room machinery
• Managing engine room personnel and daily technical operations
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all engineering systems
• Planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting of technical issues
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Chief Engineer’s License
• Minimum 24 months experience on PSV / AHTS vessels in the rank of Chief Engineer
• Mandatory experience with Cummins engines
• Marlins Test (minimum score 70% in all sections)
• ARAMCO approval is an advantage
• Proficiency in English communication
• Full Covid-19 vaccination
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 90 ± 30 days
• Salary: 300–350 USD/day, depending on experience
