Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join an AHTS DP2 vessel operating in UAE waters. The contract duration is 60–90 days with immediate joining. The candidate must have strong DP-related experience and proven sea service on similar vessel types. ADNOC-approved candidates are considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overall responsibility for the operation and maintenance of engine room machinery
• Ensuring safe and efficient functioning of all mechanical and electrical systems
• Supporting DP operations from an engineering perspective
• Managing engine room crew and maintenance schedules
• Maintaining technical documentation and compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Chief Engineer’s License
• DPVM Certificate
• Minimum 24 months of experience on similar vessel types in rank of Chief Engineer
• Minimum 1000 DP hours
• ADNOC approval is preferred
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
