Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join an AHTS DP2 vessel operating in the UAE. The contract duration is 60–90 days with immediate joining. The project requires offshore operations where candidates with ADNOC approval are highly preferred. The role involves managing the engineering department and ensuring DP systems operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Managing and supervising the vessel’s engine room operations
• Maintaining DP systems and logging DP hours
• Ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures
• Coordinating maintenance schedules and technical inspections
• Overseeing safety, efficiency, and performance of all engineering equipment

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Chief Engineer’s License (COC with valid endorsement)
• DPVM Certificate
• Minimum 24 months experience on similar vessels in the rank of Chief Engineer
• At least 1000 DP hours
• ADNOC approval is preferred
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
