Job Description:
Naghi Marine is currently hiring a Chief Engineer for a Pilot / Crew Boat operating in Saudi Arabia. The position is available ASAP and requires an experienced professional with proven sea service as Chief Engineer on crew or pilot vessels.
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all onboard machinery and technical systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, international maritime regulations, and client requirements. Candidates with prior ARAMCO approval are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all engine room machinery and auxiliary systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Supervise engine room personnel and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain technical records, logs, and certification documentation.
• Ensure compliance with class, flag state, and client (ARAMCO) requirements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sea service as Chief Engineer on Crew / Pilot Boats
• Valid Chief Engineer III/2 License with all certificates up to date
• ARAMCO approval as Chief Engineer on Pilot / Crew Boat (preferred)
• Marlins English test score above 80%
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
