Location: Worldwide (Geotechnical Survey / Research Operations)
Job Description:
We are now accepting applications and technical positions onboard a Geotechnical Survey / Research Vessel operating in international waters.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting geotechnical and research operations as required by rank
• Ensuring all deck, bridge, and engine tasks are carried out safely and efficiently
• Maintaining vessel equipment, tools, and operational readiness
• Following safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and emergency protocols
• Cooperating closely with survey teams, scientists, and marine crew
Open Positions:
• Chief Engineer
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to position
• Offshore Medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
• Seaman’s Book
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Previous experience on Survey / Research / DP / Offshore vessels preferred
• DP certification required for 2nd Officer DPO
• All documents must be valid
