Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Chief Engineer for an AHTS DP (Anchor Handling Tug Supply – Dynamic Positioning) vessel operating in Indonesia.
The candidate must have prior DP vessel experience and strong leadership skills to manage engine room operations efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Overseeing all engine room operations and maintenance
Ensuring safe and efficient DP support operations
Managing engine department crew and planned maintenance system
Maintaining compliance with safety and company procedures
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Indonesian nationality only
Previous rank experience on AHTS DP vessel
Employment Details:
Salary: 350 USD/day + OBP 40 USD/day
Contract Duration: As per company rotation
