Chief Enginee for Self-Elevating Offshore Unit

Job Description

An experienced Chief Engineer is required to join a Self-Elevating Offshore Unit in China. The Chief Engineer will have overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and management of the unit's machinery and engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising all engineering and engine-room operations.
• Managing maintenance of main and auxiliary machinery.
• Ensuring machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
• Supervising engineering personnel and planned maintenance.
• Maintaining compliance with safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• EU nationals only.
• Cyprus Endorsement – mandatory.
• Valid Chief Engineer CoC appropriate to rank.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid BOSIET / FOET (OPITO).
• Valid OEUK Medical.
• Previous Jack-Up experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication.
