Location: UK
We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun for an SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea region. The contract duration is 6 ± 2 weeks with an expected joining date on the 20th of May. The company is considering only EU Nationals holding a valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian candidates under UK protection status.
The successful candidate must possess a valid Boatswain’s License and HUET with CA-EBS certification. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months of recent onboard experience in the rank of Bosun on similar vessel types.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising deck crew operations and maintenance activities
• Ensuring safe cargo handling and deck operations
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and offshore support activities
• Maintaining deck equipment and safety gear in operational condition
• Supporting compliance with company safety and environmental procedures
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Valid Boatswain’s License
• Valid HUET with CA-EBS certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only EU Nationals with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainians under UK protection status
• Minimum 12 months of experience as Bosun on similar SCOV DP2 or offshore vessel types
• Contract Duration: 6 ± 2 weeks
