Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Bosun for an upcoming assignment onboard a Walk-to-Work vessel supporting offshore operations.

The successful candidate will supervise deck crew, coordinate daily deck activities and ensure that deck equipment and work areas are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate deck crew during daily operations.
• Organize deck maintenance, cleaning and preservation activities.
• Assist with mooring, anchoring and offshore vessel operations.
• Ensure deck equipment and tools are properly maintained.
• Coordinate deck work in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and emergency drills.
• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE procedures and safe working practices.
• Report equipment defects and unsafe conditions to the responsible officer.

Requirements

• Brunei nationality – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years / 24 months of relevant experience as Bosun.
• Previous offshore vessel experience.
• Relevant deck-rating qualifications and certificates.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical documentation, as applicable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong leadership and safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in an offshore environment.
