Location - United Kingdom (UK)
We are urgently seeking an experienced Bosun to join an MPSV DP2 operating in the United Kingdom. This role requires immediate availability and proven Bosun experience on offshore vessels.
Contract / Rotation
- Rotation: 4 weeks + additional 4-week trip
- Joining: ASAP (urgent travel required)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate deck crew during daily operations
- Ensure safe execution of deck activities including mooring, lifting, and cargo operations
- Maintain deck equipment, tools, and work areas in good condition
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies on deck
- Conduct toolbox talks and assist officers with operational planning
- Support offshore operations as directed by the Chief Officer and Master
Requirements
- Proven Bosun experience (Mandatory)
- UK Frontier Work Permit (FWP) – must be in hand
- Previous experience on offshore vessels (MPSV preferred)
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
- Able to travel immediately (ASAP)
