Job Description:
DESE Crew Management is urgently hiring qualified and experienced seafarers for LCT (Landing Craft Tank) vesselsoperating in Mozambique. Candidates must have prior experience in similar vessel type and rank.
This is a 6+1 month contract with daily wage rates based on rank and experience.

Project: Mozambique Coastal Operation
Working Conditions: Offshore operations with rotation contract and international exposure
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and cargo operations onboard LCT vessels
• Maintenance and repair of deck and engine equipment
• Compliance with international maritime and company safety standards
• Coordination with crew to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining vessel cleanliness, discipline, and operational readiness
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Prior experience on LCT or similar vessel type
• Minimum of 1 year rank experience preferred
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 6 + 1 months
• Salary: As per listed daily rates (USD 33–200 per day)
