Project Area: Offshore / Europe
We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a modern CSOV operating in offshore projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising deck operations, coordinating deck crew activities, and ensuring safe execution of offshore works in compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.
This role is well suited for a Bosun with offshore vessel experience, strong leadership skills, and previous exposure to SOV / Walk-to-Work (W2W) operations.
• Start Date: 5 February
• Rotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off
• Supervision and coordination of deck crew
• Safe execution of deck operations and offshore activities
• Supporting W2W and offshore project operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and permits
• Maintenance of deck equipment and tools
• Effective communication with bridge and offshore teams
• Ability to work independently in offshore environments
• Valid Bosun (BSN) qualification
• Previous offshore experience
• SOV and W2W experience – strong advantage
• Eligible nationality: Latvian, Croatian, or Polish
• Strong English communication skills
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• Valid STCW certification
• Vessel: CSOV
• Employment Type: Offshore Contract
• Rotation: 6/6
• Salary: €5,970 per month
