Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Construction Barge supporting offshore construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising deck crew activities, coordinating daily deck operations, and ensuring the safe execution of anchor handling and winch operations. This is a short-term assignment commencing on 24 June 2026, with the possibility of fixed rotational employment for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and professionalism onboard.

• Supervising and coordinating deck crew during offshore construction activities
• Managing anchor handling, mooring, and winch operations
• Organizing deck maintenance and ensuring equipment readiness
• Monitoring compliance with safety procedures and company regulations
• Supporting efficient execution of project-related deck operations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as a Bosun on offshore construction projects
• Experience with anchor handling and winch operations
• Ability to supervise deck crew and coordinate deck activities
• EU citizenship required due to project location
• Valid Seaman’s Book and travel documents
