Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Bosun / Crane Operator with previous cable lay experience to join an offshore cable-laying operation in Taiwan. The successful candidate will support deck operations, lifting activities, crane operations, and cable-lay-related deck work while maintaining high standards of safety onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and participating in routine deck operations.
- Operating the vessel crane for lifting and handling operations.
- Assisting with cable-lay and associated deck activities.
- Maintaining deck equipment and ensuring safe working areas.
- Supporting mooring, lifting, and other offshore operations.
Requirements:
- Previous cable lay vessel experience is mandatory.
- Experience as a Bosun / Crane Operator.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant seafarer documentation.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Availability to work in Taiwan.
