Location: North Sea
Job Description:
We are looking for a 3rd Engineer for an SOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. Contract duration is 5 weeks, with joining on 17 December.
Candidates must hold an Officers in Charge of Engineering Watch (OICEW) License, DP Maintenance Certificate, OPITO BOSIET & CA-EBS, and OGUK medical. A minimum of 12 months experience onboard similar vessels in the rank of 3rd Engineer is required.
Due to vessel-specific requirements, only EU nationals or Ukrainians under UK holder of protection status will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing engineering watch duties and supporting safe engine room operations
• Conducting maintenance and troubleshooting of onboard machinery
• Assisting with DP maintenance tasks and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate (including OGUK)
• Officers in Charge of Engineering Watch (OICEW) License
• DP Maintenance Certificate
• OPITO BOSIET & CA-EBS certification
• Minimum 12 months experience as 3rd Engineer on similar vessels
• EU nationality or Ukrainian under UK protection status
• Proficiency in English communication
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 5 weeks
• Salary: 210 EUR/day
