Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd Engineer to join a container vessel operating on worldwide routes. Available vessels include M/V Chennai Express and M/V RDO Fortune. The contract duration is 4 ± 1 months, with an immediate joining date (ASAP). Candidates must hold a valid US Visa and an Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch (OICEW) License. Full COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and operate engine room machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Stand engineering watches in accordance with company and international regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of engine room systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Keep accurate maintenance and engine room records.

Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Valid US Visa.
- Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch (OICEW) License (COC with Endorsement).
- Minimum of 12 months' actual sea service in the rank of 3rd Engineer.
- Valid passport and Seaman's Book with documented sea service.
- References from previous employers.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
