Job Description:
Temporary position for a 3rd Engineer
The professional will work directly in the engine room, performing mechanical inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and supporting the maintenance of critical systems. Responsibilities include monitoring rotating equipment, tracking operational parameters, and assisting engineering officers during daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine mechanical inspections in the engine room.
- Conduct lubrication and cleaning of machinery.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor and record operational parameters of mechanical systems.
- Assist with the operation and supervision of rotating equipment.
- Support engineering officers during daily operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and technical standards.
Requirements:
- Advanced English (essential).
- CIR.
- Passport.
- Certificate of Competence III/5.
- HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training).
- CBSP.
- Yellow Fever vaccination.
- Advanced Firefighting.
- CA-EBS.
- Basic First Aid.
- Fire Prevention and Firefighting.
- High Voltage.
- Personal Safety and Social Responsibility.
- Personal Survival Techniques.
- Security Awareness Proficiency.
- Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats or CERR / CESS.
- STCW Medical Examination.
- Danish Recognition Certificate.
