We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd Engineer for an offshore assignment in Saudi Arabia. The role is based on a DP2 Diving Support Vessel (DSV) engaged in SAT diving operations.
The contract is for 60 days, with an ASAP start date. The successful candidate must meet ARAMCO requirements and hold all relevant offshore certifications and approvals.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of engine room machinery
• Supporting safe and efficient vessel operations during SAT diving activities
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, class, and international regulations
• Maintaining engine room logs, records, and planned maintenance systems
• Participating in safety drills and emergency response activities
• Solid experience in SAT diving operations on DSV DP2 vessels
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates with SSO verification
• COC and Flag Endorsement
• DPO Certificate & Verification, DP Log
• GMDSS Endorsement & Verification
• ARAMCO approvals
• Sea Service Table and Sea Service Record Book
• Seaman Book
• Marlins English Test
• Bridge Resource Management
• ECDIS, RADAR & ARPA certificates
• BOSIET / FOET (OPITO)
• H2S (OPITO)
• Offshore Medical (ILO) from home country
• Offshore Panama Medical
• Valid UAE or KSA Visa
• Yellow Fever vaccination
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate with booster
• Proficiency in English communication
