Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified 3rd Engineer to join a DP3 Diving Support Vessel (DSV) operating from Aberdeen, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will support the engineering department in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all machinery, electrical systems, and auxiliary equipment onboard. This offshore assignment is ideal for engineers with experience on dynamically positioned vessels and a strong background in maintenance and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of engine room machinery and auxiliary systems
• Performing planned maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
• Supporting DP-related engineering systems and ensuring operational readiness
• Maintaining engine room logs, maintenance records, and technical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• High Voltage (HV) certification
• DP Maintenance certification
• Valid BOSIET certification
• Valid OGUK Medical
• Valid Passport
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Bi-Deltoid vaccination record/certificate
• Previous experience on DP vessels is preferred
