Job Description:
A maritime operator is currently seeking a qualified 3rd Engineer to join an Accommodation Vessel operating in Curaçao.
The vessel supports offshore operations with onboard accommodation services and requires experienced engineering personnel to ensure smooth operation of diesel-electric systems and auxiliary machinery.
Candidates with prior experience on Accommodation Vessels, Large DP Vessels, or Diesel Electric systems are highly preferred.
Available Position
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the operation and maintenance of engine room machinery
- Monitoring and maintaining diesel-electric propulsion systems
- Supporting planned maintenance and repair tasks
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Assisting senior engineers with daily engineering operations
Requirements:
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC)
- Valid STCW Certificates
- Crowd Management & Human Behaviour
- Crowd Management & Passenger Safety
- Pax-Cargo Safety Certification
- Valid BOSIET/FOET + CA-EBS
- Valid Passport & Seaman’s Book
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Experience on Accommodation / DP / Diesel Electric vessels preferred
