Job Description
A leading offshore crewing company is currently seeking an experienced 3rd Officer / Dynamic Positioning Officer (DPO) to join an MPSV DP3 (Multi-Purpose Support Vessel) operating in the North Sea.
The successful candidate will perform navigational watchkeeping, conduct Dynamic Positioning (DP) operations, support offshore construction and subsea activities, and ensure safe vessel operations in compliance with international maritime regulations and company HSE standards.
This opportunity is ideal for qualified offshore officers with previous MPSV, OCV, or DSV experience and a valid DP Full Certificate.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform navigational watchkeeping duties
- Operate and monitor Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems
- Assist with offshore construction and project operations
- Maintain navigational charts, publications, and bridge documentation
- Support cargo handling and offshore lifting activities
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- Valid DP Full Certificate
- Valid HUET with CA-EBS certification
- Valid STCW certification package
- Minimum 12 months of actual offshore experience onboard MPSV, OCV, or DSV vessels in the rank of 3rd Officer / DPO
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- References from previous employers
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service
