Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified 2nd Officer to join an MPSV (Multipurpose Support Vessel) operating in the EU region.
The position is offered on a 6–8 weeks rotation with an expected start date of 10th December.
The vessel will be operational during the Christmas period, and candidates must be prepared for continuous service during this time.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting the Chief Officer and Master with navigational watchkeeping
• Ensuring safe navigation and compliance with COLREG and company procedures
• Supporting cargo operations relevant to MPSV activities
• Maintaining safety, firefighting, and life-saving equipment
Requirements
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Proven MPSV experience
• Willingness to work over the Christmas period
