These positions involve critical coastal and inland waterway operations, including the transport of heavy equipment and vehicles (LCT) or seabed excavation and land reclamation projects (Dredger). Successful candidates will join a dedicated team ensuring the safe and efficient execution of specialized domestic maritime projects under Philippine regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation, vessel handling, and operational management specific to LCT or dredging operations in domestic waters.
• Supervision of cargo loading/unloading, stability calculations, and deck/engine department activities in compliance with domestic safety standards.
• Maintenance and operation of vessel-specific equipment, including ramp systems (LCT) or dredging machinery (Dredger).
• Ensuring strict adherence to company safety management systems (SMS), environmental protocols, and local maritime laws.
• Training and supervising junior crew members, maintaining logs, and completing required operational reports.

Requirements:
• Valid Philippine maritime license (M/M, C/M, OIC, C/E, MDM2, etc.) appropriate for the applied rank and vessel type.
• Valid medical fitness certificate from a DOH-accredited clinic.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino communication for effective reporting and coordination.
• Only Filipino nationals eligible for these domestic positions.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of documented experience in a similar rank on LCTs, dredgers, or similar domestic vessels is required.
