Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer to join a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in Romania. The assignment is scheduled to commence at the end of this week and will last approximately 2 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief Engineer in the safe and efficient operation of engine room systems, ensuring vessel readiness through maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of main and auxiliary machinery
• Monitoring engine room systems and ensuring optimal performance
• Carrying out planned maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Maintaining engineering logs and technical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) as 2nd Engineer
• Valid Passport
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Previous PSV or offshore vessel experience preferred
