2nd Engineer for Floating Crane Vessel

Job Description:

PT. Maritime Manning Nusantara is urgently looking for an experienced 2nd Engineer to join a Floating Crane Vessel.

The 2nd Engineer will assist the Chief Engineer in managing engine room operations, machinery maintenance, and technical inspections. Candidates must have previous experience in the same position and be familiar with offshore or floating crane vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Chief Engineer with daily engine room operations.
• Supervising the maintenance and repair of engines, pumps, generators, and auxiliary machinery.
• Monitoring machinery performance and reporting technical issues.
• Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with engine room safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as 2nd Engineer is mandatory.
• Experience on Floating Crane or similar offshore vessels.
• Experience working with Chinese crew members.
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documentation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ready to join at short notice.
