Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive 2nd Engineer to join a Cable Installation Vessel (CLV) operating in the United States. The project supports offshore cable installation and wind-related activities, with a strong focus on DP operations, technical reliability, and safe vessel performance. The assignment is scheduled to commence on 30 March 2026 and will run for three rotations in a professional offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Support daily engine room operations and planned maintenance
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure safe and efficient vessel performance
• Contribute to DP operations and cable lay activities when required

Requirements:
• Valid 2nd Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC) with Dutch Endorsement
• Valid US B1 Visa with annotation:
“B1 for transit or travel to the OCS for wind activities; not OCS activity.”
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• HUET or BOSIET with CA-EBS
• GWO Sea Survival
• GWO Working at Heights
• Proficiency in English communication
