Job Description:
A leading offshore operator is seeking an experienced Second Engineer to join a Pipe Lay Vessel operating in the United States. This is a short-term offshore assignment with joining on 4 August and contract completion on 19 August. Candidates must hold a valid B1 OCS Visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in the operation and maintenance of all engine room machinery and auxiliary systems.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical equipment onboard.
- Carry out planned maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, class requirements, and international maritime regulations.
- Support safe offshore operations while adhering to HSE standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) as Second Engineer.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- High Voltage (HV) Certificate.
- Valid HUET, BOSIET, or FOET certificate.
- CA-EBS Certificate.
- Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
- Seaman's Book.
- Valid Passport.
- Valid B1 OCS Visa (mandatory).
- Previous offshore experience on Pipe Lay Vessels or similar DP offshore vessels is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
