Pumpman for Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Aaugustea is recruiting 2 Pumpman for Chemical Tankers equipped with FRAMO cargo pumping systems. The Pumpman will be responsible for supporting safe cargo operations and maintaining cargo pumps, valves, pipelines, and associated equipment.

Strong FRAMO pumps experience is a key requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring FRAMO cargo pumps during cargo operations.
• Assisting with loading, discharging, stripping, and related operations.
• Inspecting and maintaining cargo pumps, valves, pipelines, and equipment.
• Supporting tank cleaning and cargo system maintenance.
• Following tanker cargo-handling and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven Pumpman experience on Chemical Tankers.
• FRAMO pumps experience/background.
• Valid tanker-related training and certificates as applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Valid Seafarer's Book and passport.
• Proficiency in English communication.
